Sorry, yet another tipping question!!!

I'm having a small out-of-state wedding at a small Inn (45 guests). My BM is new, the lady I had been working with left 2 weeks ago. I've emailed a little back & forth w/the new guy, but what's appropriate to tip him?

Also, do I tip the bartender too? Again, small wedding.

A cash tip for your BM is fine but a nice gift would also be great. Maybe a bottle of wine or a gift certificate somewhere. If you had been working with your BM all along I would give $100 and upwards from there.
