Sorta NWR- Suggestions needed. Ladies I need a super romantic idea!
Well, next Saturday is our 1 year mark until the wedding. I was thinking since FH will hopefully be well on the mend, it would be nice to do something special. Anyone have any nice suggestions? I don't have A LOT of money, but would definitely like to do something nice. Any ideas? Thanks!

for $10 (for parking) you can spend the whole day in the Old Westbury Gardens. bring a picnic lunch...

Problem is that I live w/ my parents and he rents from his parents and does not have a kitchen. As much as I love my parents, I just want it to be the two of us. The Old Westbury Gardens idea sounds nice. I will look into it. Keep the ideas comming though (especially in the event of rain)

This might be cheesy, but this is what I did. I bought a photo album, covered it in fabric, and wrote our names on it in felt letters. On the inside I put pictures of cards we have written for each other and other things we have done together (concert tickets ect) as backgrounds for each page. Then I put a few pictures of us on each page (like 3 at most) with a description of how I felt when that picture was taken, and how that relates to me wanting to marry him....

Does anyone know of any nice, good, quiet resturantes by the water in Northport? I never go over there to eat, which is why I am asking. That is where he proposed. I was thinking about doing something by where East Wind is, but I don't know what. The inn itself is too expensive. We can't go to the vineyards. I am at a loss

I know of a few in Bayville there is a lobster place across from the water you can either take out or sit in and then go across to the beach to see the sunset. I can't remember the name of it but it is down the street from Pier One (Thereare 2 restaurants that serve Lobster for 10.95 for 1 1/4 lbs)
