Does anyone have one of those upright steamer things for clothes and if so, do they work. I HATE ironing and if I can just hang my shirts up and steam then, I'll be in heaven.
I don't have one, but it looks like it would work. My ILs have a pants/shirt press stand thing and that really works.

I have a regular iron that does upright steam. It works really well on things like silk shirts, but I haven't tried it on a heavier fabric.

I have the little one, that looks like an iron, and it works great! You just have to remember to put salt in. I've also used the one you showed a pic of, when I worked at Ulta. We used it to smooth out table cloths. That one also worked well. I like mine for silky shirts that you can't iron, and I also used it on my curtains!

I have a mini-steamer that is about the size of an iron and I love it - it really saves me $$$, because normally I would have just sent something wrinkled to the dry cleaners.

What's tye brand? I'd love to invest in something like this because FH and I both have a lot of dress shirts and the ironing is really annoying.

I have the conair GS4 Model, I Love it!! I just got it for christmas and it's great. I hate ironing, and I used to take everything to the cleaners for pressing. I decided to save some money and iron myself, and now I have a scar on my wrist bc I burned myself!!! so you see, I don't iron. Steaming is the best!

I have a portable that doesn't work so well. I was thinking about registering for one. I used to work in a suit store and loved it. However since I don't have one here now I say what the heck give me the downy wrinkle releaser!! Iron? - - no thanks! I end up putting creases in that certainly shouldn't be there!

I have one just like the picture and it works great!!!!! My FH and I use it all the time but it is not a Conair- I heard that the Conair doesn't work that well. I bought mine 3 years ago from spiegel catolog for about 110 dollars. I am not at home now so I cant look at the brand - I will update when I get home.
