Re: sorta wedding related...excersize ques.
There are several excercises that work the tricep. You can do dumb bell kickbacks, dips, at the gym there are several machines designed specifically for the tricep my favorite is to do pulldowns with the cable.

Skull crushers/nose breakers (that's the name) are great for the tricep. Dips you can do at home and kickbacks. The good old pushup is good for the overall arm.
pushups help too. Dips are great for the tricep. you put your hands behind you on the coffee table or seat of a chair. And raise and lower your butt to the floor.

Re: sorta wedding related...excersize ques.
My mom is a certified trainer and told me to do push ups against the wall. All you need to do is place you hands on the wall feet width apart, standing with your feet about a foot apart, and do push ups. Also, another exercise you can do it making your hands into a triangle against the wall and do the same. It may sound weird to describe but let me know if you know what I'm talking about. I'm a wimp and can't do a 'real' push-up, so this is better for me.

I've done them at home, but I do a lot less reps than at the gym, and I do it VERY carefully!!
