Re: South Africa
I haven't but just wanted to say how jealous I am!! We had initially wanted to go there for ours but couldn't swing it moneywise. I have friends who've been, actually, DH's friend is living there now and LOVES it.
We still want to go, i'm dying to get there sometimes soon, have an amazing time and bring back pictures!!!!

Re: South Africa
haven't been, but going to south africa and mauritius for mine too. FH planned it all using go2africa.com. Their web site has tons of ideas and I've spoken with a few friends who've gone before. If you are going to cape town, table mountain is a must, + winelands, + a safari. there was a big write up in the wall st. journal about SA honeymoons and in the latest Martha Stewart Weddings...both have some great comments.

Re: South Africa
I haven't been there, but several of my friends have gone...I assume you're going to Kruger.
All my friends rave about a restaurant in J-berg that's similar to a Brazilian Churascaria in that they serve roasted meats still on spits. But it's not your run of the mill cow and pork...it's things like ostritch, gazelle, etc.
ENJOY!!

Re: South Africa
My FSIL and FBIL went there a few months ago. They said it was beyond beautiful. Their pics were amazing. Definitely make time for some wine tasting while you're there. They said the wineries were so beautiful and the wine was amazing!
