South Shore Nassau C. Girls - Italian Rest Reco Please

Help! I need a recommendation for a good not overly pricey Itialian restaurant in the Massapequa -Merrick area.

We plan on taking my MIL out Friday night. When she requested Italian we realized we havent tried any Itilian restaurants except for a few local pizza places.

Violetta's is good and not to pricey....it is located in Merrick..right on Sunrise Highway

We had my friend's bridal shower at Sergio's in Massapequa. The food was delicious and the people there are very nice. The prices are average.

Veranda on Park Avenue is very good and not badly priced

Dominico's on Hempstead Tpke. in Levittown (King Kullen shopping center)

Arthur Avenue - Hempstead Tpke. in East Meadow (delicious)

La Parma - Family Style restaurant in Oceanside on Merrick Rd. - VERY VERY good!

Some of the best Italian food I've had is at Vittorios- it's a very cute Italian restaurant in the Village of Amityville on 110 just of Merrick Rd..

Sergio's is awesome and its on Merrick Road (we use to go once a week)

Amici's on Merrick Road in Mass. is good also (family style)

Phil's Pizza has great italian food. The restaurant is on the side of the pizza parlor. Thats in Seaford off of Hicksville Road I think.

Veranda is also good. We had a few parties there.
