La Parma is great too! I found a really small AWESOME place in hicksville called Venere-might be the best Italian restaurant around!

Pamadorinos in Seaford on merrick rd is really nice and has great food/deals. there is amato's in amityville but that place has no windows if you get what i mean! LOL Great good but it's very dark in there!

Out of these 4 which do you think we have best shot at a table without a long wait on a Friday at 7:30ish? Are reservations a must at any of them?

I would call pomodorinos
they take reservations-- also last year I took DH there for b/day and I told the man that and he gave us a great table and everyone came and sang and they played happy birthday on their speakers

Casa de paasta on Merrick road in Bellmore. Or Touge on Merrick road right before 7-11 ... it is really good. also Nick D angelo on Sunrise Hwy in merrikc is really good

Domenico's in Levittown is excellent, Fh and I went this week and it was not too crowded becuase it was a week night. Also, Arthur Ave. in East Meadow is good, or Vincent's in Carle Place is yummy.
