My boss is a real stinker - promised me FOUR months ago that I would get a raise/promotion and everytime I approach him it's a new story about what I need to accomplish before I get my promotion. So anyway, this year we've been designated to buy our own manager's gifts and I would really like to give this creep ZILCH because he has done NOTHING for me, won't even acknowledge when I get glowing surveys or letters from the client. What POS can I get him that says I care very little?

He usually gives his employees a cheap bottle of wine every year. So someone suggested I return the favor. Ugghh, honestly I don't want to give anything. Now I have to make a trip to the liquor store to give him something he's going to give me??

A coffee mug? an ugly tie, a scarf, gloves. I do like the pooper scooper idea.
ice scraper? Something very generic.
A lighter? but only if he DOESNT smoke!

Get him something really corny like the singing fish or I saw at target they had a christmas dog singing 'who let the dogs out'. Nothing is more annoying than getting one of those gifts.

I was thinking of going to the 99 cent store and picking up my boss a toothbrush and some toothpaste for that horse breath of hers. Can you tell I don't like her. Bad enough she treats me like dirt, she's a close-talker too !
