for valentines day i want my fiance and i to go away for a few days to a spa.....WHERE THE HECK CAN WE GO??? i checked gurneys but am waiting for info back,,,,,,anywhere else?

Why don't you check out The Norwich Inn & Spa in Ct.? It's about 2-2 1/2 hours away by car, or you could take your car on the ferry from Orient Pt. & drive the rest of the way. It's close to the casinos too! Gurney's I've heard some not-so-good things about, but then again, I've never actaully been there. How far were you looking to go? There's also The New Age Health Spa in Neversink, NY. A bit of a drive but worth the trip is Canyon Ranch in the Berkshires, MA. If I think of any more I'll let you know, I'm in the spa business so if you have any more questions don't hesitate to ask!

Check out the East Wind they have getaway packages, the now have a spa in the INN.
