Does anyone know of any good spas on eastern long island? I am out of the loop when it comes to pampering but after the New Year I am planning on giving myself the works. Thanks girls.

The only one I can think of is St. Tropez(The Spa) in Port Jeff. I've gone there for waxing but have not used the spa. They seem very nice there.

There is a spa in Sayville called Sayville Therapeutic Spa-just went this weekend and had a great massage actually. They are really small though (I don't know if you are planning on taking a few people with you)

T. Carlton's Spalon in Saint James. They are located right on route 25A. I've been there for facials, massages, manicures and pedicures (including the spa mani and pedis which involve scrubs and add'l soaks).
I love them. I actually gave my mom a gift certificate last year for Christmas for a massage, her first ever, and she still raves about it.
