Spanish Brides - Need Help with Addressing Invitations! Please!

We are sending them out this weekend and have a dilemma..... How do you address an invitation to a Spanish Couple?

We are debating between:

Sr. y Sra. Juan Perez

Sr. y Sra. Juan y Maria Perez

Sr. Juan y Sra. Maria Perez

Sr. Juan Perez y Sra.

Sr. Juan Perez y Esposa

That's the Spanish norm!!! We only use the name of the man in the English tradition!!!
