I didn't lose as many inches as I would have liked...I'm nervous about the dress and have 52 days untilthe wedding..Are any of you girls using Spanx? I think really I just need to smoothe out, which pair should I get? I'm wearing a long line bra and I dont want to be sweltering...

Spanx saved me!! Not so much for my wedding gown...but for other dresses that I have worn to weddings!!

I used them also. Not because of weight. I didn't want to have that sweaty feeling in between my thighs.

I wear them all the time with dresses for this reason!

They don't make you loose inches, but they smooth everything out if your wearing something snug.

YES!!!!!! they are awesome. And don't create a roll around your waist. So worth the money!

I THINK EVERY GIRL WILL BE WEARING SPANX! lol THEY REALLY GREAT ITS LIKE 5 LBS OFF THE MINUTE U PUT THEM ON!

They might be uncomfortable wearing them for over 12 hours....and make it hard to pee.

I was going to wear them, but decided against it. I was afraid I would have a really hard time going to the bathroom. My seamstress said to put the spanx then the bra then the slip covers part of the bra. I was like how am I supposed to pee??!!! It was hard enough with just the slip on. I would say maybe at one of your fittings to try it with the spanx and see if peeing is possible!!!

ive seen crotchless spanx? what is that about? are they all crotchless? is that so you dont have to take them off to pee?

yeah it will smooth it out but like they said it is a little diffucult to use the bathroom with it on! i brought mine directly from the website but stores do carry them.

I always wear them w/dresses. Get the high power ones that go all the way to under your bra, otherwise I find it creates a stomach bulge if it goes to your belly button.
