Does anyone know if there are any laws in NY against using sparklers (the commonly used 4th of July sparkler sticks)? I know there are laws against certain fireworks and I'm not sure if sparklers are a part of that. I'm considering using them at the end of my reception as a special way to see FH and I off. Since we're not getting married in a church we're not going to do the flower petal/rice toss thing after ceremony. Thanks for any help!
I am not sure about laws. But I love the idea. I am thinking about using them outside my church. They dont make a mess and they are very pretty in pictures.

There are no laws for sparklers in NY...i used them for my wedding and they looked beautiful! I don't have a good picture yet!

i found the 12 inch ones in PA in a fireworks outlet and they were really inexpensive...$3.99 for 72 ....so i would recommend if you can try there instead of the internet...oh if anyone know of longer ones please fm me
