I was my sisters birthing coach and it was one of the most amazing things i ever witnessed. I was 16 at the time, it was also the best form of birth control anyone could have ever given me!

I thought the father was so adorable he was so supportive and sooooo excited! Such a cute little family. Afterward the mommy turns to me and says 'so when are you going to have one?' I just wish them the best of luck. It was such an amazing experience!

Re: Speaking of babies...
The summer entering my senior year in college I did a nursing externship in the labor/delivery unit for 3 mths. It was the best experience/job I ever had. I saw and helped with many deliveries and c-sections. Not one case was the same and it's beautiful to see a mom bond with her newborn for the first time. Unfortunately not all deliveries end in a happy note and it's horrible to even think it let alone see it. I'll probably go back to that field in a later time, for now I'll stick to pediatrics
