MY FSIL does them at Fitness Incentive in Babylon Village. She is great!

I don't trust that area to just anyone.....
I make the trek into NYC and go to Bliss or J Sisters. In an emergency I've gone to Red Door in Woodbury (they used to have one in the Saks at Walt Whitman mall but I think that closed).
