speaking of making minimum...

what's your minimum and do you think you'll make it?

mine is 215 and my guest list is at about 300 but that's cuz FH has a big family and many of them are extended family so I'm not sure if they'll all come, so I'm a little nervous!

Ours is 165... we'll have no problem making that. We want to keep it at 200 at the most, ideally about 185.

Our minimum is 110 and we have 190 invited. So we will see what happens!

ours is 75 and we think we will come between 75 and 80 (we have a small B list just in case we fall too far under 75). The room can only hold a max of 80.

We guaranteed 200 but i have 250! Maybe more since FH just said we need to add a few more people he forgot about! OH GOD!

My min. is 150. I am pretty sure we will make it-our guest list is 270 and growing...YIKES! My banquet manager keeps telling me not to worry b/c more than 150 of our guest are from out of town so we will probably have at least 30% decline.
