Is that .60 just to send the invitations? Or does that include the respond envelope postage?
If it doesn't include the respond envelope postage, is that just an extra .37 cents?

the 60 cents is just to send the invites, you need the 37cent for the respond cards so your total will 97 cents each almost a dollar

Most invitations are 0.60 cents to mail unless they are an unusual size - like the square invitations - they cost more to mail because of how they have to be processes. Just wanted to give you a heads up.

That's not true. Almost all invitations are 60 cents, including square invitations. The post office will tell you by paying the 60 cents you are already paying a premium fee so it's taken care of. It's the WEIGHT of the invite that is going to make it more $$$. Mine were square and they were 60 cents.

Actually, you're wrong ... Some square ones can't be run through their sorting machine and have to be done by hand... that is why they cost more. It has nothing to do with the weight in this regard. It is why some of the Christmas cards you send out cost more - if you sent them out - even thought the weight is the same as rectangulare one. I know this because my sis is a letter carrier and this is what she shared with me.

That's not what the main post office told me when I went. Whatever the case, you should definitely check before you buy stamps & send your invites either way. I was under the impression that my square ones were going to cost more but they didn't. Maybe some do because of size and/or weight but not all square ones do is all I know.

Re: Speaking of stamps...
It depends on the weight and size. I lucked out mine were only $.37 to mail and $.37 for the response. Bring them to the post office and have them weighed first, to be sure.

Don't feel bad. Ours came to around $1.40 an invite. Trying saying that one and not getting sick!
