What would I cook?
Surf & Turf..
He loves a well made filget Mignon with whole roasted mushrooms and fried onions (think Cheesecake factory) and Lobster with a side of mixed greens and rice pilaf (Sp)

He also loves my spanish dishes

Spanish rice with three enchilladas.. Cheese, Chicken & Beef, Taco, refried beans and fresh tortillas. (easy to make him happy)

He loves large bowls of soup that have rice, noodles, spices, veggies, chicken. (think Chinese)

Swordfish, tuna & scallops served with lobster sauce with rice & veggies (he got this on his birthday at La Pace and LOVED it)

I got a Chicken breast stuffed with cheese, basil, asparagus & zuichinni.. YUMMY

I also love Mussels & angel hair pasta cooked with butter & Garlic fresh cheese and parsley.

Wow, I can't even tell what that is a picture of, but it's making my mouth water.

Your FW is so lucky to be married to a chef!

Shrimp stuffed w/ real lump crabmeat or ensalda del mar - I don't know about dinner but for dessert-
Strawberries w/ zambaglione or tres leche cake !!!!! We love those when they're done right.

Fh used to work at Cheesecake factory as a cook....and I LOVED those days!! He would create something before he left and we would share it when he got home!!

Now he is a cook at a Nursing Home...it pays much better, but the food is NOTHING in comparison to Cheesecake....uuugh...I am not a fan of Pureed stuff...

Re: special dinner...plz help

When I make a special dinner for my hubby for our anniversary or his bday, I just cook his favorites.....we always start out with these mini calzone things he likes and spinach pie.....then we take a nice long bath together .

Then dinner time....either a full turkey dinner with all the trimmings or stuffed lobster tails. (he doesn't eat meat).
