Specialty Drinks menu - question

Ladies, how did you pick which drinks for your specialty drink menu???

Also, are you only supposed to pick cocktails? Or can you use regular drinks like Amaretto Sour, Long Island Iced Tea, etc?

Last question - can you guys tell me what options there are for blue colored drinks??? I know blue curacao is the usual ingredient in blue drinks, but what actual drinks use this and are blue when made?

Blue curacao is in:

Electric Lemonade (which is made with):
1 shot - Vodka
1 shot - Gin
1 shot - Rum
1 shot - Tequila
1 shot - Blue C.
half fill - Seven-UP
half fill - Sour Mix
Roll your glass and serve

Windex - GOOD!! (is made with):
1 1/2 shot - Vodka
1 shot - Blue C.
1 shot - Lime Juice


A fun one - although not with blue c. - is the purple mother f-er, which is GREAT, has the same thing as an Electric Lemonade but has Chambord added to it to make it PURPLE!!!

NOTE: Drinks that have Triple Sec in it - you can replace it with Blue C. since it's the same flavor - just different color.

Our toasting drink is a Pointsetta which is Champagne and cranberry juice...
Our specialty drink is unknown as of yet...

I did not pick drinks yet, but I did have an idea that would work for you too! I was thinking of having them make a special chocolate martini since chocolate is one of my wedding colors and will be seen throughout the night! Then I would let it be known in the drink menu and call it something cute!-Just an idea
