My sister got too nervous (MOH), so my cousin did a speech last minute on the spot. It was sweet and funny.

I have two sisters and they will be my maids of honor (i cant pick just one), but one of my bridesmaids is my best friend from like....5th grade, so she will prob say a little something as well.

as of right now, it's the BM for sure. I am going to give my MOHs the option of making a speech but they don't have to if they don't want to.

My parents are making a speech as well as FH's parents...and my 2 MOH's and 2 BM's. And we are going to say a few words to thank our guests.

yes, another gm did as well... he said from the very beginning that he wanted to do a speech... i totally didnt want him to for fear that he would say something crazy... but he surprised us all on that day and the worst thing he said was to 'pop out some kids' ![]()

only our BM/MOH made speeches but don't even get me started. BM was 40 minutes long and all he did was talk about himself! ![]()
