How often do you clean your 'self cleaning' oven??

I'v never used it. Im afraid.. people keep saying ..'make sure your home when you do it'!!!

Didn't really the oven cleaning could be a scarey and dangerous thing!!

I love our self cleaning oven - I use it when the oven needs it. Even when it is not that dirty I find that it makes the entire apt. smell a bit so I open all of the windows.

I can't even USE my oven ( it uses too much electricity and would short everything out ) I can only use the stovetop.

So, I use it as a bread cabinet really. So I am the only person who vacuums their oven!!
