Is 7 days enough time for Hawaii? FH and I would fly there direct Monday morning and take the red eye Monday evening... Is that enough time there? TIA!

I think it really depends on how many islands you want to see. If you don't mind the flight, then sure...7 days is probably enough. But if you aren't good flyers and it takes you awhile to adjust to the time difference, you probably will want more time there.

crashing :)
DH and I did a cruise to HI ... it was 6 days at sea + 7 days on the islands. Maui is a must-see - it's by far the best island. second best is kaui.
you should be fine with 7 days there ... but as others have said, it depends how you are with adjusting to flying, not to mention how many islands you go to.
you could always google and see some excursions you'd like to do there to see if it'll be enough time for you
