Re: SPIN off to Jennbaby's sleep question

I have a bad back and was always told to sleep on my side in the fetal position, so that is what I have gotten used to.

I need to start off on my left side...after about 2-5 minutes I flip to the right side and I'm out cold. It's weird.

I usually sleep on my stomach. I try to sleep on my side but my arm always ends up being stuck underneath me and I wake up with pins and needles in my numb arm

Re: SPIN off to Jennbaby's sleep question

Normally I start on my side, but move to my back.. perhaps onto my belly. Im all over the place. FH says when I sleep I take over a bed if he's not in it.

I can sleep anywhere. I sleep on the LIRR, I've slept on the subway (im a light sleeper when I want to be).

Hell I played Volleyball in High School and had a full time job at McDonalds while being involved in Choir, UIL Science and other stuff. I learned fast that sleep is precious. I can sleep in the day, in the middle of a party I don't care. I've even slept on the floor of a yellow-dog bus back from games cause I could stretch out under the seats.

If I'm sleepy I will find a way. What's weird is I can tell myself 'how' to sleep before i go to sleep. If I look at a clock and really get it in my head what time it is then I can usually self awake at a set time if I need to. I can also sleep prefectly still (not tossing turning or moving) if I have to. This isn't supposed to be good for you but sometimes it's necessary. Usually when Im badly injured. Wisdom teeth removal, knee injuries with ice packs and binding, broken arms.. whatever. I just shut down with instructions. *Shrug*

Im weird.
