I'm going to be ordering my dress tomorrow, but the store doesn't carry a sample of it. They offered me $200 off any veil in the store so I would like to try some on, but I'm CLUELESS when it comes to picking this stuff.
I love the look of the poofy veils, but I don't want to hide the detail of the dress. I've thought about either a 2-3 tier elbow length and wearing it the entire night, or doing a 2 tier cathedral length and switching to a flower for the reception.

Just keep trying on different veils. I had the lady bring me like 5 different ones until I found one that I liked. Then I had Barron's make it for half the price.

Totally agree! Make sure your absolutely certain. But if anything I like #2 :)

When I ordered my dress I bought a cathedral length veil. The sales person said because the back of my dress was so intricate, the Cathedral would be the best option. She suggested not get any embellishments on the veil (like ribbon edged, pearls, crystals) because that would take away from the dress. Without all that you just see through the veil to the dress details. Hope that helps.
