are any of you guys going to stop before the wedding...just take a break from sex so that the next time it will be after the wedding? if so how long are you 'waiting'

the plan is to stop a month before - or so FI says. He won't be able to do it though.

we said 6 months. then 3 months, now we're trying to agree on 2 months.

Honestly, we can't live without it. It's the BIGGEST stress reliever there is - and I am going to be stressing the month before the wedding!

sorry for the naivete, but what is the theory or general reason for 'stopping beforehand' at some point if you have not waited until the wedding nigh for your first time together? Just curious what different reasons people may have for this. I know my fh would think I was kidding if I brought this up.

We are going to try a month before to stop but it isgoing to be hard we are both very passionate people.

I'm going to stop 1 month before....I know it is going to be really hard but I figure it may lead to more umph that day! esp with the alcohol flowing, sleepiness, etc!

FH works two jobs and we barely see each other, let alone do it. Holding out won't be hard.
