are any of you guys going to stop before the wedding...just take a break from sex so that the next time it will be after the wedding? if so how long are you 'waiting'

sorry for the naivete, but what is the theory or general reason for 'stopping beforehand' at some point if you have not waited until the wedding nigh for your first time together? Just curious what different reasons people may have for this. I know my fh would think I was kidding if I brought this up.

The reasoning is waiting induces anticipation which is supposed to make the whole 'experience' better. From personal experience of waiting before (not by choice) it does work Really well.
We'll try for a month!

Hmmm..tough question.

We'll probably stop once the wedding gets closer. That way it can be sort of special when we can first share it as and !

I don't know what to do. Recently we have been speaking with my pastor to see if he would marry us. He asked us if we had been intimate and we said yes. He mentioned that we would have to abstain until marriage. I don't know if this is even possible or if I even want to.

Help! Has anyone had this problem?
