If your BM's are meeting at your house to get ready. How early before pics do you want them there?
My pictures should start about 2 and I want them there by 10:30 is that insane? We are going to have food and mimosa's in the morning at my house and would like them there.

My photog is coming at 12:30 and I am having my girls come really early in the am for their hair, makeup, mimosas, breakfast, etc

all the bms that are getting ready with me are family and they are all sleeping over. so they'll be there at the crack of dawn...

I will prob have my 2 MOH's with me most of the night but they both live 5 mins down the road from me so really there is no need for them to sleepover. Let them sleep in their own beds so they are more relaxed ya know.
Some are getting their hair & make up done at my house. Other's are not, they are going wherever they choose.
So does a 10:30 arrival sound good?

Breakfast....thats a good idea.
Honestly, I didnt think of that. Its really only going to be me, my sister, FH sister, my mom and my grandmother. But breakfast is a good idea. I need them at my house at like 7ish because hair is coming at 630 and makeup around 8ish.
What kind of breakfast are you guys doing? Obviously depends on the number of people you are having over but are you doing bagels or fruit or pancakes or what?

probaby bagels, danishes, fruit salads.... nothing too heavy. Just something to tie everyone over until food later at the reception.

This is how my day of schedule looks to give an idea:
My hair appointment: 8AM My make-up appointment: 9:30AM Photographer Arrives: 11AM Girls Arrive: 11:30AM Limos Arrive: 1:30PM Ceremony Begins: 2PM

A few are going to sleep over. Photographer is getting to my house at 1pm. Makeup is coming at uumm.. 11? So... I too am going to say 10, probably 9 just to be safe.

hmm... good point yea I'm def going to say 10:30 then there is no way 8 girls are all going to show up on time.
Oh and they can hang in sweats until right before the photog shows up then change into their dresses.

For the people who are getting their hair & makeup done at my house, it'll be early.
Everyone else can get there a few hours ahead so I think you're timing works perfectly!

2 of them are sleeping here my hair/make-up ladys are coming at 8 am!! The 3 girls will get here by 9-10 am. then my SIL(who will have new baby) is coming at 2 when photographer arrives.

Some of my girls are staying at the hotel (where the hotel block is) that is about a half hour away from my house. All of us are getting our hair/makeup done together that morning (FH and I decided to splurge and have our big limo all day to take them in that), and the hair appt is at 9am. The girls will then be getting ready at my house and I am still waiting for the photog to get back to me, but I am guessing she will be at my house around 1 or 2? My church is like 5 min away from my house at 3:30 so I havent a clue really...
eta: in order to get to my salon for hair and makeup on time they will need to be at my house around 8:30

well my girls are sleeping over but if they werent, i would still want them there atleast 3 hours before we leave for the ceremony, probally more.

My girls are getting ready at the hotel with me. Most of them will be coming to my salon with me in the morning and then we'll all get dressed back at the hotel. My photog is arriving at 1pm and I was told that all the girls must be dressed and ready by 1pm. I'll probably have some room service ordered for everyone to snack on.
