The first is a phot guestbook where there will be photos up to now and pages ( reverse) for siging, the second is pic of the guestbook stores one where people draw pics..fill int questions ( even if 20 people did this I think it would be fun...)
I picked photo because I don't know when they would do the other one. You don't want people to get all backed up. I think it would be fun at a guy/girl wedding shower though for your friends. Where did you see it?

Both are really cute but I like the 2nd one b/c it is more interactive. I thought about getting the second one myself, but am somewhat hesitant b/c I am unsure of how many people will actually take the time to fill it out.

Your right, I hear that many people who use them get about 30-40 % of people to do them, which is still fun... i saw them on this website
Julz33 did the photo guestbook and it came out amazing - I loved it! I chose this b/c I think many people are not going to want to fill out an entire page on the day of the wedding - I would prefer the photo guestbook because it's a timeline of the both of you which people would enjoy - if you do a search you can see how Julz33's photo guestbook came out - she posted it and it looks great! Good luck in deciding!

The webpage for this interactive one says you're supposed to hand out individual pages to each guest. That would avoid the long line to sign the guestbook, but I wonder if it seems a little strange, like handing out homework!
Still, I think they're so adorable. I might do it.

I thought that during dinner, while some are finishing earlier then others, one or two people could 'mingle' and see if people were filling the pages out...I like the odea so much, I think it would be fun...but yes, not that exciting if only 10 people did it...but out of say 125 if even 40 people did it , it would be a great book to have....I'm so torn...LOL

I actually had a sign in guestbook for my e-party and only 2 ppl signed it. I think most din't even realize it was there. So I tore ot that page and I am going t reuse it for the wedding! (Since no one saw it anyway!) I even got the ring pillow to match it!
They are both gret ideas - choose whichever you like the best! Good Luck!

Do you think it would be corny to use the other one ( the guest book fill in page one) at the shower? I just think its so cute, I LOVE reading what other people say with those questions, but I think the photo one is probably better for the wedding..

I think we're going to get the fill-in one for the wedding and put a little sign with it asking people to come back throughout the night to sign it. Or maybe put a note in our program about it. (We're doing a mock 'Venetian News' newspaper program to go with our Venetian masked ball theme.) Just to make people aware that it's there, you know?
I must admit I've never even noticed guestbooks at any of the weddings I've been to. I wonder if I should've been signing them all this time!
