which ones have you used?
which ones work best?

-Xenedrine
-TrimSpa
-Hydroxycut


if i think of anymore ive used ill add later.
i want to get some but dont know which one is the best??? especially now that ephedramine (sp?) is gone.

They arent the greatest anyways....Even though Im always looking for a quick fix!

I have used Phentermines (sp?) and yes, they worked!

I used to take Dexatrim and I took one of the Ephedra ones a while back but they don't work and they are terrible for you. I never took any for more than a couple of weeks because they made me feel awful.

The only thing that works (for me anyway) is good old fashioned diet and exercise.

I tried so many of those pills, and they all made me sick as a dog

I was big on Stacker for awhile and it truly DID WORK ... but it made me CRAZY. But that was also back when I was dieting and exercising like a fiend and probably would have been in good shape anyhow, so in the end I'm not even sure if the pills really helped or only made me sick

I tried TrimSpa and it did NOTHING for me.

I truly think all that stuff is so unhealthy and so bad for you, that even though you might THINK its safe you just never know, and the long term affects could really come back to haunt you

I started out with Ripped Fuel.

Metabolife worked the best for me (as an appetite suppressant and for energy) before the ephedra ban.

I tried a bunch of others after the ephedra ban, but they did squat for me.

xenadrine- we ended up taking it an hour before going out because we could dance all night.

for a diet- it did nothing for me except made me more jittery than i already am

I used Hydroxycut before the ban.
I WAS in the best shape of my life!!!

What happen

I have also used fat burners like Stackers

i know i just should excercise, but i figured i could take some diet pills too.... i lost ALOT of weight a while ago, but that was a while ago before everythign got banned

i have ALOT of cellulite. i need to lose soem weight in my belly and def in my thighs.
i dont think im 'fat', but i could afford to drop a ffew lbs

please. don't even get me started girl. I had a baby and as much as you work out, you really can't get rid off cellulite unfortunately.
