SPINOFF: DRESS PLACES W/ no/set alteration charges

Although I have 1-2 recommendations on dress places already, I just wanted to know some salons that do not charge for alterations or else have a set price.

Also, do any salons knock off the tax if you pay in cash?

Thx.
