Spinoff of celebrity baby name thread.....

What is the strangest name you ever heard? My mother was a teacher and there was a little girl in her class named Beautiful Oasis!!!

ETA: I think her brother was named Prince Charles.

My mom worked with a girl who named her daughter Snow. Their last name was White.

And she was as black as the day is long.

This girl I played basketball with named her kid Airminique. As in Michael 'Air' Jordan and Dominque Wilkins. What a wacko!!!

My mom works in a hospital, and she told me once about a baby named Female (pronounced fe-mal-ee). The mother thought that was the name the hospital had given the child.

My mom owns a dance studio in a wealthy town so she has a bunch of weird yuppy/preppy names students. One of them is named Sycamore (yes like the tree.) My cousin is named Storm.

My mom worked in a school in Floida and one of her students was named Ya'hiness (like Your Highness). Is that crazy or what?!?!?

I work for a hospital- one patient we had a while ago was named 'Touchey'. To me, that spells tushey but the mom said it like tuche. How funny?!?!?

Heard this on a talkshow...I swear I'm not making it up! The baby's name was S-H-I-T-H-E-A-D. Pronounced like Shy-theed.
Another one was named Meconium!

why woould people do this to their children? I think some one those names are horrid and the parents are complete idiots......the only unusual name I have heard is 'Heaven'

A friend of a friend was going to name her son Espn, pronounced Espin after the sports channel, thankfully they didn't. Some of these names are horrible, I really don't know what people are thinking.

They called her Lizzie.

'I couldn't think of a name, and I was in the house, looking for a snack, when I saw a box of LEMON JELLO and a box of ORANGE JELLO and I thought, hey, that's a good name for twins!!'
