spinoff on trying to quit smoking.... coffee anyone?

so as many of you kno i work at starbucks.. so free coffee all the damn time...

normally when im out at school i have 2 cups of coffee... averaging about a large and a medum.

now on average im having about 4 to 5 large cups, add in a red bull for a cup or 2...

i woke up sun with the WORSE headache that poof went away when i had coffee... FH said i need to cool off bc i was cranky all day (i had a tiny cup to make the headache go away)

now im called half/ caf deb

its really ok when im out at work..but now im home and i just made a pot of coffee

now i kno why ppl gain weight when they give up cigg and coffee...

im fixated and i cant keep food out... i have the WORSE headache... UGH... 5 cups a day is not good....

who else has this problem... tell me im not the ONLY crazed caffineated girl~?

FH's parents are coffee addicts. They can't go anywhere without it.

i dont drink coffee but FH is addicted ... he drinks all day everyday

Both FH and I are addicted! We have to have coffee every morning, and then usually when we're at work... FH is worse than me though because he gets the headaches!

on coffee numero 3 right now~but i cut off after this bc, i'm the opposite, anything more than 2 or 3 gives me a bad as$ headache

guess half caf was working for me...

im such a one cup queer

must not have full caf again...



plus i realized if i want my teeth whiter, this isnt the best either.

I'm a caffine addict too, but for me it's Red Bull not coffee...I actually got a splitting headache at about 10:15 yesterday. I usually have my first Red BUll of the day at 10, but couldn't this time because I was at jury duty and didn't have my stash with me...soon as I got home and had one, all batter! Gah!

i get bad headaches if i dont have coffee all day too... so i usually have one every morning.. sometimes a few more during the day or at night, but usually just my morning coffee (and its always a huge one lol) will hold me over though. but i am ADDICTED to starbucks frappuccinos. if i dont have one every other day at least im not happy. lol.

i'm addicted to coffee, i dont know what i'd do w/ out it. especially w/ my job, and there is times i drink myself to a migraine.

i am a caffein junkie. it has gotten pretty bad.
i used to work at starbucks and i was CRAZY because all i did was drink coffee all damn day.
now i drink pepsi and cherry coke like i need it to survive.

i wake up every morning with a headache, if i dont drink soda or coffee it becomes a full fledged migraine by noon.
