So, I've been wondering as I have now encountered this at least 5 times in my vendor shopping experience ....
How many of you have you been to a vendor that as soon as they learn that you are a member of LIW or any other wedding website, inflate their popularity by saying, 'we are #1 on that site' or 'Oh so as you know we have hundreds of great reviews on us from happy brides' when in fact, they turn out to be one of the least popular places on here. It makes me chuckle and I almost feel like saying, 'Dude, you're really not as BIG as you think you are.' But, I play nice and let them float their ego a bit.

lol...yes I saw one of the vendors from here at a showcase. Wow, when I tell you how much he loved himself. He told me he goes on here almost everyday just to check out what people are saying about him. I told him I heard something bad about him not on LIW but from others and he just shut up and kept asking me What was it. It may of been mean to do but it shut him up.

No I haven't heard that YET!!! SOmetimes they give me that annoyed look when I mention LI Weddings...like I am crazy or something..its weird

I think I just posted this in another thread you were on so sorry for the repetition. Yes, I get FMs from vendors who have been spying on posts where I may suggest that I am still looking for a specific vendor. It usually starts off as 'Sorry to interrupt, but I see that you are still looking for an xxx and I just wanted to offer my services.' It's really annoying.

I just recently got an FM like this. It is annoying!
