Spinoff to black limos...

are black limos really cheaper to hire than white?

someone mentioned it on that black limo thread.

Where I went, the black limos were cheaper. We booked 2 white limos. I only used the limo to get to the church and then we used our own car from there, while the parents and bridal party used the limos for the ride to the hall. But, there were all kinds of factors that contributed to the price: even the location of the doors effects the price. Since I was only using the limo for a 1 way trip, I didn't get a limo with as many doors as others had. That also saved us some cash.

DH's cousin used 2 different colored limos for his wedding. He said that he was also told white limos were more than black limos. He got one of each. The bride used the white limo and he used the black limo.

eta: In no way am I guaranteeing that every place will price their black limos lower than their white limos. Maybe the places you've checked have them priced equally.
