How far along are you with saving for your wedding (including honeymoon)??

eta: You can add in what you already paid vendors because technically that is part of the budget.

So far FH and I have approximately 33% (including honeymoon) saved (this also includes payments we've already made to vendors). It scares me that we still need to save two thirds and only have about a year left!!!

Well deducting what we have already paid for, we have about 26% of the remaining balance saved as of right now.

EDIT: I am not including HM in that

We are kinda just paying as we go. There is not a specific savings. I pay a little more towards all the major vendors each month.

ummm FH and I are way behind with the house sucking up all our money. Any money we've saved has already gone to the RH payments. My parents are helping a little but I asked them to give me the money closer to the wedding so I don't rely on it...or worse, SPEND IT!

We are NOT saving anything towards the wedding... (except for a Big box where my FH and I put couple of dollars...)
I'd say 99% of our savings are going towards our house now...

FH and i knew we were going to get married one day so we started putting $ away 2 1/2 years ago. NOW had i stuck w/ my original budget, this wedding would be pretty much paid off but now we're probably bout 55% of the way there. but the bad thing was this is our house fund and now we're probably going to rent right after we get married

we have most if not all of it saved, we are buying a house so once we have a mortgage we wont be able to save anything

We didnt start saving until we got engaged, and we've been booking our vendors with whats saved. We've figured out our budget and what we can save each month and we'll be fine. But right now we pretty much have $o saved lol

Oh, since you edited to add what we've already paid to vendors, I change my answer to around 25%.

FH's car is paid off in June so hopefully the savings can pick a bit faster.

This is us too. We're doing what we can to cut costs in general so we can save up, but we are paying as we go. We received $800 at our engagement dinner which went to the first payment for my wedding coordinator. I had another $700 that was in an account that I had and that went to down payments for the florist, invites and DJ.

I receive $500 a month in rent from my friend that is renting my house. The rest of our deposits were all on the credit card, so I am paying that off with the rent money. Hopefully it will all work out in the end.

We paid off the minimum for the RH the day we booked in order to get a lower pp price. I was lucky enough to get a very nice tax refund and we had some money saved. I also bought my DIY invitation kit and some supplies. So we have about 43% paid and no money saved. We are going to pay as we go and hopefully be able to save some money for our future home.

Honeymoon is paid off

We have enough right now to pay off all of the major vendors! Thankfully! Our tax refunds really helped bring up our savings!!

I put 75%-100%

We still need money for favors, shoes, veil, rings, hair, and some other things. But we are mostly good.

My parents are paying for RH, thankfully!

the only thing we have saved is the money we got from our engagement party.. But we are basically paying with our own money as we go along.

My parents are giving us a little too and I told them not to give it to me until i need to make my final FH payment b/c i'm afraid i'll spend it!

Luckily, our parents are helping out a lot. As far as the portion we are putting in, we haven't saved anything yet! Better get on this sooner than later!

honestly we have like nothing saved anymore. when we started planning I got cut a day at work and lost 20% of my salary and that killed us. Recently my house has been killing me so I'm hoping for a miracle. lol.

we'll get $ from our families but i'm expecting to pay it all ourselves in the meantime.
