OK if we are talking about family , well all the 50million nieces/nephews on DH's side are probably getting clothes, a couple will get toys. My bro/sil and DH & I are combining funds and getting my parents a new computer/printer and will pay for their broadband access for a year (since they are too cheap to do so and are still using dial-up)

My inlaws -- well Mom will probably a new leather wallet and clothes ; Dad is up to DH to shop for

Assorted aunt/uncles/cousins and siblings... they are lucky if they get a card Hey we have to draw the line somewhere, there are only 50000 little ones to shop for (and at least 5 birthdays in December) .. we will go broke !!

I think DH and I are going to skip the holiday presents this year, or maybe we'll both chip in for something for the house. We're getting my niece this Barbie house that she wants. We're not sure what to get our parents or siblings, but suggestions are welcome!

Ok, call me the Christmas Scrooge this year, but I am not giving ANYTHING. Nothing. Zilch. Zip. Zero. But to be on the fair side, I will not be accepting gifts from anyone, either. Everyone in my family is strapped with both my sister and my wedding being two months apart next year, so we all agreed to no presents. I will, however, buy JT's niece presents because, well, she's a kid and why should she suffer just because we're broke?

I actually emailed a few people from there...but they all said that they didn't have any puppies. He wants a cairn terrier.

We have not exchanged gifts for anything, birthdays, holidays, etc, since we got engaged. We really just want to save money. We just bought a new car, so that's gift enough, especially since I get to drive it everyday We always try to do something special together instead of buying eachother gifts. But hell, once this wedding is done with, I better get the best darn presents that boy's ever gotten anyone!

DH has been begging for an Ipod, so I'm probably going to have the inlaws chip in and we'll all get it for him. Then I can get him a few small things. I told him I want this year to be cheap!! For everyone! he spends too much on people.

Well, since FH stays as far form these baords as possble, I cna post..but since I'm not working and basiclaly mooching off him, i can't really get him anything. I'm sure I'll get him something but it'll be like 'ooh look honey..look what you bought yourself! Great isn't it?'

Actually I have a paycheck coming to me, so whatever it is, will I guess go to his xmas gift...I have no idea what yet.
