Just a random thought - I've been listening to the '90's station on my sirius radio and saw this post and click....let's post things we recall about the '90s - ie phrases, clothing styles, things we did for fun!!!
I'll start - I remember giving (and receiving) my friends a pair of colorful boxers from the Gap with a matching t-shirt and scrunchie for birthdays circa 1991.........

OK tilde i am finally gonna shut you up about me not having bad pics...i didnt think i would post this here but what the hell...Some girls i sent this pic to when we talked about weight loss
as you can see i used to be thin when i was a teenager but then around 21-22 i started really gaining weight it was right after the bc depoprovera it was the worst, and at 24 i decided to finally do something about it and lose weight and got really strict...SO HERE TILDE FOR YOU!!!!!!
this is before and after obviously, the after is a year later

omg this is the best post every...I wish i had my pics chokers were soo in I had hearts suns everything was on the same black cord. lol...yeah and the body suit thing was H-O-T I'm also guilty of Z Cavaricci's too bad I wore them way too long.

I went on a strict diet...I would do pilates about 4-6x a week, also do weights, and exercises like kickboxing and running...you cant do just one exercise bc your body becomes too used to those moves and you wont burn as much calories...Plus cant do just cardio, you also need to tone your body.
I also ate extremely healthy...6 days out of the week, ate just grilled food, lots of vegetables, chicken of course, tuna, eggwhites, ate alot of good and healthy snacks...then on sundays i would indulge, at first i would go crazy on sundays eating big meals but your body gets used to eating healthy and smaller portions and after a short period of time you can't eat fattening foods.
But exercise was a big part, Most of the time i would exercise about 2 hours a day no matter what...hmmm i need to get in that mindset again lol.
No pills, no nothing just natural...and it came off pretty quick, within 3 months i lost alot of weight.

Especially the episode where Donna wanted to meet Color Me Bad...and she found out her mom was having an affair...so Kelly ended up hanging out with them...but then they performed for her at the Peach PIt??!!
Obsessed with that show!!! Before I discovered LIWeddings I would watch the 5 o'clock & 6 o'clock episodes on SoapNet.
