Spinoff to CLUELESS....let's remember the '90's.....

Just a random thought - I've been listening to the '90's station on my sirius radio and saw this post and click....let's post things we recall about the '90s - ie phrases, clothing styles, things we did for fun!!!

I'll start - I remember giving (and receiving) my friends a pair of colorful boxers from the Gap with a matching t-shirt and scrunchie for birthdays circa 1991.........

i remember the snap bracelets.

I also remember everybody had those huge gold mickey mouse rings and chains...and couples would have those big chains, that would say for example Joe loves denise, some even had their anniversary on it lol...OR a guy would give their gf double hearted rings


i had a double heart ring..but that was LATE 90's


did anyone transform from tomboy early 90's to girliy girly by 1996! like i did! HAHAHA

i had baggy jeans, starter jackets, weird funky hair do's (or dont's), dark liner with light lipstick, GAP SCENTS!! loved themmmm, chunky shoes, short daisy dukes and the dressy shirts from fashion explosion bc i was dead sexay haha

AND TILDE I REMEMBER THOSE SHIRTS!

i had one that said Been there Done that..and wore it like everyday!

wait i think there was a show - that used to be on early in the morning every day and i would get up early and watch it . . . was that it? i cant think of it LOL it was on at night too i think but i didnt know how to tape stuff so i would just wake up BEFORE school to watch - there was a cute blonde boy i think?

I remember the DARK brown lip liner and very light and sheer lipstick. I thought it was so chic but now I'm like... what was wrong with my lips?


YEAH IT looked like we ate chocolate and never wiped our mouth, but we thought it was hott...and the purple lipstick what was up with that, made me look sooo pale


I don't think purple looked good on anyone!

Did anyone ever wearh those bows or clips with chiffon tied in a knot and hanging down? cant find pics but sooo guilty!!!!!!!

and jean shorts rolled up and then later on cut-offs!

um yeah i weighed about 95 lbs and i used to wear boxers and a wife beater to the beach over my bikini

um if i looked like that now i would be sitting in my cubicle right now in a bikini
