Don't give up hope so easily! I definetly plan to get my dream house. It might not be as extravagent as those in that post, but it will have what I want. I figure in the next 25-30 years I will be able to get it. Hopefully sooner. :)
I want: Located in Warm Weather Area Swimming Pool Air Conditioning FH wants an entertainment room (big screen tv) Play room for kids Office Reading Window 3-4 car garage Jacuzzi Tub in Main Bath That's all I can think of for now.
ETA: yes I need lots of closet space and counter space in the kitchen. Oh and cabinet space too in the kitchen.

Ok-- well I have lived in Manhattan for the past 7 and a half years.. FH and I are looking to buy in either Brooklyn- Park Slope/Carroll Gardens area, or maybe even venture to the other side of the river (Hudson that is)..
This is all I want.. (for now)
- Outdoor space - More closets!! - Counterspace in the kitchen - A large bathroom- big enough for two peopel to be in there at once (this goes for the Kitchen too acutally) - A parking spot- so we can actually get a car - Another room so if I don't want to be in the living room with FH- I can go somewhere else besides bed!
Not too much of a tall order.. yet I bet impossible to find!

At least 3 BRand 1 Den or extra bedroom Large Kitchen Garage or Driveway Back yard for BBQ's and parties In ground pool Massive walk-in closet

Let's see, I want:
-A big backyard -An inground swimming pool -A japanese garden -Loads of closet space -A kitchen and master bathroom that look like their out of Better Homes and Gardens -A garage that I can enter from the house
And I would love to have a front porch. With a porch swing. That would be ideal

Hmmm....good question. Definitely single family, hot tub outside, screened in backyard for the puppies (how could you resist these faces), really good community with lots of kids, two levels, basement with a bar for 'casual get-aways,' my own room to scrapbook, jacuzzi tub, definitely a garage for FH to 'tinker' in.....um...I think thats about it.

Well, for one I dont want a house. Its just too much space for two people. I'd rather have a huge loft. As for things I'd like, I've always wanted my own walk in closet, an extra large jacuzzi tub, and an island in my kitchen. Oh and I LOVE sunken living rooms!!
