Spinoff to Final Vendor Meetings...

When did you start meeting with your vendors?

I'm still over 3 months out, but I know the next 100 days are going to start FLYING before I know it.

What's my timeline for reaching out to people?

i started making my appointments about 5-6 weeks before (which was like 2 weeks ago lol)

ok, that seems pretty reasonable to me - i'd better get started on all the little extras, because once the vendor appointments kick in, free time is going to seem non-existent!
