Did you do your tasting first then make up your menu or vice versa. I'm clueless and I'm not sure how my place does it...

Food tasting first. We made an appointment for an event at the RH that had the types of food we were interested in and then they took notes after our tasting of what we liked and disliked. Then we choose our menu.
