so i was reading this post yesterday i think maybe on the 07 board??? but does any one know more about this gel manicure???? it sounds great... but i keep my nails as stubs.. im not allowed to have 'nails' in nursing school but it sounds pretty good... can i use my own nails or do i need to have tips??

You have it just on your real nails, and its supposed to make it just hard, so they don't snap etc. I really want to try them out soon, because I've only heard about them, but I finally have nails that are long enough that I don't need tips! lol

thanks.. see i have good nails that grow like weeds but i like to keep them short (little itty bit past the skin) but i cant get nail polish to say and they are constantly breaking.. so i was wonder how this gel thing worked.. maybe ill try it out
