Is this the best one to register on? Are there hidden costs?

IMO yes it is there are no hidden costs, we opted for the template package which was $30 extra. We didn't care to have ads on out registry. If people want to contribute by pay pal then pay pal charges a fee but if people send you a check or give u cash then it is nothing. So other honeymoon registries also make you use their travel agents, this one you can book the hotel through whoever you want.

We have flights booked, hotel booked already. This would be for fun stuff, massages, dinners, stuff like that.... Rental car.

I did Travlers Joy. A 7% fee is taken from your gift but it is not passed on to the gift giver. Other than that it was totally free- NO other cost at all! We got almost 1200 in gifts and they took 80 something in fees

We are using Traveler's Joy as well.
I had a friend that had an issue with Honeyfund (the site went down, and money wasn't put into their Paypal account that should have been, and Honeyfund passed the buck on to Paypal until she threw a fit)
I had a few friends love TJ, so we thought the extra fees made more sense to us for a feeling of security (your money is held in a bank account until you take it), and we also figured that people who will give cash.checks will still do that- this is just a better option for those that want to give a gift. And if they gave a gift, they would still pay taxes/shipping/etc, so to me it made no big difference to pay the small fee

Honeyfund is the best because there is no 7% fee. The only fee is the 3% that paypal charges. Also, they have the option of paying in cash of check
The only downside is that you get notified of the gift right away (and if it's Paypal you get the money right away) so it ruins the surprise, and if people elect to pay in cash or check, they could theoretically pledge a gift and never give it to you.
