Spinoff to Latinaj's last name question

what do you think your FH's opinon would be on taking YOUR last name.

i know tradtion states we take theirs but lets talk hypothetical here.

IF traditiona was for him to take your last name...what do you think he thinks of your last name? does he love it or hate it?

go ask your FH's that today!

thats funny you asked this bc since we got engaged I have been trying to get FH to take my last name.....he just laughs it off but i am totally serious. I dont think its gonna happen

He definitely would not take my last name at all, his is sooo easy and mine is hard and complicated compared to his, I dont even know if he can pronounce mine

We had a discussion about this - he really wanted me to take his name, but finally he agreed that he would not be willing to take my last name, so he couldn't expect me to take his.

haha good question! I am pretty sure FH likes my last name but to be honest it is like the smith of spanish last names so its nothing too crazy or long, I am pretty sure he wouldn't mind if that was the tradition but i love his last name and i love how it sounds hyphenated after my last name

He would never take mine even though we all know mine is sooo much better then his!!! Maybe if that was tradition he would do but that would be the only way!!!
