Spinoff to Little J's post-BIG and lil things
A while ago while I was still a lurker I read this post and omg I wanted to cry, there is so much stuff on 'brooklynbride''s list...i just did a quick search and found her list from when she was 3 days away from her wedding....here it is..
Vendor meetings:
**Had final meeting with RH
**Had final meeting with photographers (provided them with 36 pages full of 'must take' photos and arranged for boudoir photos)
**Had final meeting with florist
**Final meeting with DJ (provided him with list of 'must play' songs in English and Spanish as well as the wedding worksheet)
** spoke to all vendors regarding directions and time of arrivals to their destinations
Church
**Marriage licsence is already at church
**Already paid church
**We have the final meeting with pianist and soloist for church
**We have the money in an envelope to pay the soloist (pianist already included in church price)
**Bubbles for Church (in basket)
**Programs for Church (in basket)
**Fans for Church (in basket)
**Extra reception cards for guest in case they forgot theirs at home(in basket) (our reception hall is about an hour drive from our home)
**Designate someone to make sure guest understand what the bubbles are for. Same person will make sure that there is one program per couple and fans for ladies only (since I only bought 25)
