I was thinking cigarettes...but I don't smoke so I don't think that would end up being a good idea My FSIL and another friend are giving up sushi which I really should give up also because I love it and eat it as many times a week as I can BUT I don't know if I'll be able to do it and I'd feel worse if I cheated and ate some as opposed to giving up something that is not so hard
