I am giving up candy! I just thought that was a healthy thing to cut out of my diet...especially since I'd like to shed some of my holiday excess!

hahaha i just asked what everyone was giving up in the other thread because i need to figure it out!
i usually give up cursing but i dont really do that lots anymore since im not in college and such.
i was reading the other option...instead of giving up something...u plan to do something good in exchange.
my moh is giving up coffee but i dont drink coffee.
i wanted to give up snacks but i cant since i have grad school and dont have time to eat in between so i need to bring snacks otherwise ill pass out from no food

instead of giving something up i am going to try to go to church every sunday during Lent - i know i am supposed to do that anyway but i havent gone in a LOOOOONG time i didnt even go on Christmas! so hopefully i can keep it up!

I am not giving up anything. I am going to do one good deed a day and volunteer my time to certain charities (I already made two appointments to volunteer). I am also making a donation to the american heart association in the name of my father.

I am giving up coffee... I have a bad habit of going out and buying myself a cup of flavored coffee every day because I hate the coffee in my office. It is definitely one of my vices - so that is why I chose it. However, I can't give up the caffeine altogether, so I will still drink tea!
