Sometimes. At work I put my program director first, then my supervisor then my co-worker is last.
If I'm only looking to speak to one person but need to let everyone else know about the convo I cc them.

i didn't do it in past jobs ... but my boss specifically warned me about it here so i do put people in order of importance

only if the partners are involved i try to put them 1st
I dont think anyone cares tho. all they care is to be CCed on things they should know about
