I HATE my thighs!! I avoid wearing shorts at all costs - thank goodness for capris. i would rather wear jeans and sweat than put on shorts most of the time. Even though I'm relatively slender, my thighs have always been the jiggly kind that get even bigger when I sit down.
HA! I totally know what you mean. I am a little heavier now that I like to be, but even when I was thin I didn't like my thighs! I LIVE in capris in the summer, unless I am doing the beach or something.

Re: Spinoff to my 'embarrassed' post...
When i was little, a boy in my class constantly teased me about my ears that stuck out, and then when we got to high school, the same kid would have me in tears all the time cause i had no chest....i never understood where his animosity towards me came from, and my friends/family would tell me not to listen..Well senior year of college, i 'blossomed' haha...and i've grown to think my ears are OK even if i never wear my hair back :) and i saw him last year at a local bar...he had put on 40 pounds and had no hair. HMMMM can anyone say bad karma???

Re: Spinoff to my 'embarrassed' post...
I hate my body ever since I gained all the weight. 50+ lbs in 3 years. And I hate myself even more for not going to the gym. Then again I did hurt my foot at the gym and had to stop. I hate myself for always breaking down and eating the stupid cookies in the work kitchen. I'm doing good today - just yogurt and water, and a spinach omlet for lunch.I used to love my hair. Lately it's been very flat.
And the #$%$$E%&%^$% acne I've had ever since being on medicine for my Crohn's disease. It's sooooooooooo embarassing.
ETA: on the upshot, I do like my eyes (it's what DH first loved about me!!!) and I have perfectly straight teeth. And even though I have a bit a$$ (ok it's huge) scar on my belly from my surgery - the scar is wide because of how it healed - I am actaully not embarassed by it.

I will never be happy with my body. No matter how much I workout and diet I will never be thin enough.I hate my nose. It has a small bump in the middle.
I would like it if my lips were fuller.
I am short (5'2).

I'm a little heavier now than I'd like to be, plus, I'm short-waisted with a fairly large chest. I feel like my chest pulls everything down and makes me look heavier.I hate my nose, and my butt (seems to be a theme girls?)
I have absolutely no hips - childbirth is going to be murder!
full cheeks + no chin = absurd profile!!! - total family trait, although I don't think mine is as bad as other family members...
I also look about 16 even though I'm 28!!! While I feel like I'm getting old for somethings (ie having a baby, progressing in my career) I know I look ridiculously young, so when I go for a job interview I think my appearance works against me. Same thing with a kid, people would think I was crazy if I had a baby!

Farah, I'm the same way! People still think I'm in high school! And if I hear the'Oh, you'll love this when you're 40' line one more time I'm gonna go nuts!! I mean, I know I look young (I'm 26) - but I don't need random strangers telling me! I'm more concerned about it when we start having kids though - bc people have actually stopped me after seeing my wedding band and asked me if I'm old enough to be married!!! Lots of snotty stares on my train too - like 'oh you are so not old enough to be wearing that!'
some people are so daft!!! I can only imagine the looks/comments I'll get once I'm preggo

oh, that's bad!
Well, I've never been ID'd for lottery tickets, but something similiar happened to me when I really WAS in high school. I was babysitting and I took the kids to see George of the Jungle, you know, the DISNEY movie? Well, the when I went to buy the tickets for myself and the two kids, they asked me for ID - to see A DISNEY movie!!! I didn't know Brendan Fraser's loincloth was X-rated!
I still get teased about that to this day - how ridiculous! Welcome New Vendors
