Spinoff to my hair post: Recommend your....

Hair salon/stylist. Not for day of hair just for regular hair cuts/color/blow outs. Anything in the Brooklyn, Manhattan or Nassau works!

I used to go to this place and they always did an amazing job esp with my bangs

it's right by Pace Uni if u know the city hall area

ETA: try to get with the owner (I think his name is Stephan he's french) he does amazing work IMO

MV Salon on the UES (76th & 2nd-ish)

I get my hair cut & colored there, and they have $25 blow outs on Sun - Wed so I usually try to stop by there if I can.
